Case No. P 04-16 - Jackson Street Villas <br /> <br />Commission discussed a Land Use & Zoning Change as well as a Preliminary Plat for an 80- <br />unit multi-family townhouse project on a parcel located adjacent to and east of Lions Park. <br /> <br />Commissioner Niziolek shared concerns over sidewalks connecting to the park. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kuester shared concerns about the skateboarding issues and the basketball <br />court concerning behavior issues. <br />
