Adopt-a-Park Status Report Director of Planning Michele McPherson reviewed the memo stating that the Adopt-a-Park program has been very successful in obtaining groups or individuals to adopt many of the City's parks. Of the 40 City parks, 17 have been adopted and are being cared for by Elk River residents and others. There are still a few larger parks that are waiting to be adopted. 9.C.3. Greenway Subcommittee Status Report Director of Planning Michele McPherson shared that the first meeting was held on Tuesday, October 28th. The subcommittee reviewed the DNR-provided checklist, drafted a preliminary outline for the request for proposals, and set the next meeting for Tuesday, November 25, 2003. . 9.CA. 2000-03 CIP Proiect Status Report Tabled until December 10, 2003. 9.C.5. 2004 CIP Project Discussion Tabled until December 10, 2003. 10.
