Update on 10/21/02 Cityo,uncilMeeting <br /> <br />o,mmissioner Nystrom provided an update on the October 21, 2002 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />12. Update on 10/22/02 Planning Commission Meeting <br /> <br />Chair Peterson provided an update on the October 22, 2002 Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Commissioner Nystrom questioned if now would be an opportune time to begin grading of <br />the railroad grade from County Road 33 north to 221 st Avenue. Phil Hals stated that he was <br />concerned that the area may be too wet to begin work He stated that the work could be <br />done in segments as weather permits but there may be budget issues. Michele McPherson <br />indicated that staff is currently in the process of reviewing the CIP budget for 2003. Ms. <br />McPherson suggested that o,mmissioner Nystrom and staff look at the railroad grade and if <br />need be it can be added to the CIP budget for 2003. <br /> <br />Ms. McPherson provided the Commission with a Comprehensive Plan update. <br /> <br />14. Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER ANDERSON MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER POLSTON-HORK <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
