'' ki Cottlfili6M Bow January 31, 2023 Rate Information: (1) Lowest classified rate paid by commercial users for comparable space: $23.00 per column inch Ad ID 890895 CITY OF ELK RIVER RESOLUTION 18-73 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER APPROVING NOTICE OF SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE #18- 17 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2019 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, on December 17, 2018 the Elk River City Council ad- opted Ordinance 18-17 approving the 2019 Master Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City Code and to comply with Minnesota Stat- utes §462.353(4); and WHEREAS, the 2019 Master Fee Schedule lists fees for Admin- istrative, Financial, Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River Municipal Utility ser- vices along with code enforcement violations; and WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE- SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, as fol- lows: by at least four-fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and summary of Ordinance 18- 17 and that Ordinance 18-17 shall become effective January 1, 2019. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly sec- onded by Councilmember Ovall, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz Councilmembers Ol- sen.
