The IUP will expire on December 17, 2021. <br /> 2. The parking area must be removed and vegetation re-established prior to expiration of the IUP. <br /> 3. Upon removal of the parking area the base materials must be removed and the soils must be de- <br /> compacted in order to maintain compliance with approved stormwater plans. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The applicant is seeking to construct a parking lot and sidewalk <br /> connection to an adjacent model home. The parking lot will provide <br /> off-street customer parking for the model home and plans show 4 <br /> parking spaces. The parking area will be paved and the rest of the _ <br /> parcel will be maintained turf grass. The parking lot will be removed U <br /> upon completion of marketing activities within the subdivision; 2 to ca 33 <br /> 3 years are expected. <br /> X <br /> The proposed parking area and model home are located in the Miske <br /> Meadows Subdivision at the southwest corner of 190th Avenue NW ss <br /> and Edison Street NW.
