The IUP will expire on December 17, 2021. 2. The parking area must be removed and vegetation re-established prior to expiration of the IUP. 3. Upon removal of the parking area the base materials must be removed and the soils must be de- compacted in order to maintain compliance with approved stormwater plans. Background/Discussion The applicant is seeking to construct a parking lot and sidewalk connection to an adjacent model home. The parking lot will provide off-street customer parking for the model home and plans show 4 parking spaces. The parking area will be paved and the rest of the parcel will be maintained turf grass. The parking lot will be removed upon completion of marketing activities within the subdivision; 2 to - 3 years are expected. _ca 33 The proposed parking area and model home are located in the Miske Meadows Subdivision at the southwest corner of 190th Avenue NW z and Edison Street NW.
