NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING <br />UPDATE OF THE ELK RIVER COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />A public meeting on updating the Elk River Comprehensive Plan will be held <br />at the Elk River City Hall on Thursday, September 21, 1995, beginning <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br />The Steering Committee will review a draft of the Comprehensive Plan. This <br />draft of the Comprehensive Plan covers several components including <br />residential, commercial, industrial, transportation, utilities, and park and <br />recreation. <br />Everyone at this meeting will be given a chance to express their views on the <br />issues under discussion. Interested persons may also file written comments <br />with the City Planner.
