October 23, 1995 <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Elk River <br />13065 Orono Parkway <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />RE: Proposed Comprehensive Plan -East-West Corridor Transportation <br />Dear Commission Members: <br />Unfortunately, neither my wife, Barbara Malzahn, or myself will be able to attend Thursday's <br />meeting regarding the above topic.
