That the following described real estate situated in the County of Sherburne, State of Minneaota, and described. as follows, to-1If1t: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE\ of SWt). Section Twenty-e1ght (28), Township 33, Range 26, that lies Northerly of the railroad right-of-wey running from Elk River to Big Lake and Southwesterly of the railroad right- of way running from Elk River to Princeton. That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW\ of SR},), Section 'rWenty-e1.ght (26), Township 33, Range 26, that 11es Southwesterly of the railroad ri3ht-of-way runnini from Elk River to Frineeton. That part of the BaSt Half of the Southeast Quarter (E~ of SEi.) of Section 29. lying t~ortb of the Great Northem...Northern Pacific Railway right-ofewsy and East of a line through a point on the North line of said E~ of SE~ at right angles thereto at a peint 725.29 feet e.ast of tl~ Northwest corner thereof.
