THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE AMENDED TO INCLUDE <br />ADDITIONAL SCREENING ALONG COUNTY ROADS 13 AND 40. <br />ADDITIONAL TREES AND SCREENING SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG <br />THE REAR YARDS OF SINGLE FAMILY LOTS THAT ARE ADJACENT <br />TO TOWNHOUSES OR PRIVATE STREETS. THE TOWNHOUSES DESIGN AND EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS SHALL AT <br />A MINIMUM COMPLY WITH THE DESIGN STANDARDS OF THE R3 <br />ZONING DISTRICT. <br /> <br />27. THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO <br />DEEDS FOR THE PROPERTY IN THE AREA OF LOT 8, BLOCK 1; A <br />METES AND BOUNDS DEED PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF <br />SITE GRADING, AND A SECOND DEED AFTER THE PLAT IS <br />RECORDED REPRESENTING THE SHORT LEGAL. THE APPLICANT <br />SHALL PROVIDE THE CITY A DEED FOR LOT 9, BLOCK 1 AFTER THE <br />PLAT IS RECORDED. <br /> <br />28. Case No. LU 05-01 <br /> <br />Staff report submitted by Senior Planner Scott Harlicker. Mr. Harlicker stated that the <br />applicant is requesting a Land Use Plan amendment to include certain properties located on <br />the east side of Cleveland Street, south of 189th Avenue, and north of 185th Avenue in the <br />Urban Service Area. Mr. Harlicker provided an overview of the proposal. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak on the issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Farber indicated that he would like to see the property in this area included <br />in the Urban Service Area as one large piece rather than piecemealed in. <br />
