River High School attendance zone coupled with a failed attempt in <br />November of 2004 to resolve the issue by bonding for an additional 12 classrooms at the <br />high school. <br /> <br />The enrollment issues at Elk. River High School are a natural outcome of the positive <br />growth patterns the community is experiencing and the political circumstances that <br />
