Show all pre-treatment for each infiltration basin. <br />19. Submit long term maintenance plan for all BMPS. <br />20. Construction can’t commence until a NPDES Permit is issued. <br />21. Staff reserves the right to continue review of all site, grading and utility plans. <br /> <br />
