Retaining wall not allowed in the drainage and utility easement. Proposed grades <br />within drainage and utility easements need to have positive drainage flow directions, <br />and taper appropriately with neighboring properties. <br />2. List proposed slab elevation on survey. <br />3. Redundant perimeter control (silt fence or bio logs) will be needed along south <br />portion of the lot, upland of wetland boundary. <br /> <br /> <br />Case #P 18-10 / ZC 18-04/ CUP 18-14 Monroe Estates <br /> <br />1. All low openings must be a minimum of 1’ above any high water elevation or <br />emergency overflow location, whichever is higher. <br />2. Storm water on cul-de-sac should be routed into a pipe and directed to the pond. <br />3. List all proposed driveway slope percentages. <br />4. The culvert that crosses underneath Monroe St. will either need to be replaced or <br />extended on each side to match the proposed street. <br />5. It appears that stormwater is not being adequately treated for the lots along <br />Monroe St., update accordingly. <br />6.
