8) Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Simpson to increase the pay of consultant, Joe Pallansch, to $16.75 effective June 1, 1993. The motion carried. 9) The 1992 Audit was reviewed and discussed by the Commissioners. Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Simpson, to receive and file the 1992 audit as presented by Olson, Thielen & Co. The Motion carried. 10) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Zabee, to dedicate all fees for connection and development of the water system toward the payment of the bonds issued for development of the system. 11) The General Manager reviewed the June financial statements with the Commissioners. 12 ) The Line Superintendent reported on the status of construction projects and other operating conditions. 13) The Commission reviewed the request of Gary Santwire to have a connection fee reduced for a building he had added to earlier in the year. After reviewing all of the dates and other documents, the Commissioners decided to let the original invoice stand and that he must pay the amount of that invoice. 14 ) Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Simpson to approve the monthly expenditures. The motion carried. 15) The General Manager informed the Commissioners that one of our customers had asked for an exemption of the late payment charge on our regular date. The Commissioners instructed Staff to work out a payment plan where this customer would be working on the current bill in the future, thus avoiding the penalty charge. 16) The General Manager informed the Commissioners that a future customer had requested that an existing pole on the Dayton Road, which obstructed the view of a potential home, be replaced with two poles which do not interfere with the potential view. The Commissioners decided to take no action on this. 17 ) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Zabee, to adopt the AWAIR safety plan as presented by the General Manager and become a part of these minutes. The Motion carried. 18) The next regular meeting of the Commissioners was set for Tuesday, August 10, 1993 at 3:00 P.M. at the Utilities Office. 19) Motion by Mr. Simpson seconded by Mr. Zabee to adjourn.
