8) Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Simpson to increase the pay <br /> of consultant, Joe Pallansch, to $16.75 effective June 1, 1993. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 9) The 1992 Audit was reviewed and discussed by the Commissioners. <br /> Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Simpson, to receive and file <br /> the 1992 audit as presented by Olson, Thielen & Co. The Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 10) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Zabee, to dedicate all fees <br /> for connection and development of the water system toward the <br /> payment of the bonds issued for development of the system. <br /> 11) The General Manager reviewed the June financial statements with <br /> the Commissioners. <br /> 12 ) The Line Superintendent reported on the status of construction <br /> projects and other operating conditions. <br /> 13) The Commission reviewed the request of Gary Santwire to have a <br /> connection fee reduced for a building he had added to earlier in <br /> the year. After reviewing all of the dates and other documents, <br /> the Commissioners decided to let the original invoice stand and <br /> that he must pay the amount of that invoice. <br /> 14 ) Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Simpson to approve the <br /> monthly expenditures. The motion carried. <br /> 15) The General Manager informed the Commissioners that one of our <br /> customers had asked for an exemption of the late payment charge on <br /> our regular date. The Commissioners instructed Staff to work out <br /> a payment plan where this customer would be working on the current <br /> bill in the future, thus avoiding the penalty charge. <br /> 16) The General Manager informed the Commissioners that a future <br /> customer had requested that an existing pole on the Dayton Road, <br /> which obstructed the view of a potential home, be replaced with <br /> two poles which do not interfere with the potential view. The <br /> Commissioners decided to take no action on this. <br /> 17 ) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Zabee, to adopt the AWAIR <br /> safety plan as presented by the General Manager and become a part <br /> of these minutes. The Motion carried. <br /> 18) The next regular meeting of the Commissioners was set for Tuesday, <br /> August 10, 1993 at 3:00 P.M. at the Utilities Office. <br /> 19) Motion by Mr. Simpson seconded by Mr. Zabee to adjourn.
