<br /> The map in Figure 5-3 contains the current land use plan for Elk River. This plan
<br /> comes from the 1995 update of the Comprehensive Plan. The Plan reflects
<br /> subsequent modifications of land use designations and the Urban Service Boundary.
<br /> This map is provided as a point of reference for comparing existing land uses and
<br /> the 2025 Land Use Plan. The current land use plan relies on the land use categories
<br /> described in Appendix C.
