Memo to Mayor and City Council Page 2 <br /> March 18, 1996 <br /> IDrequire a 10 acre minimum prior to city water and sewer, and when water <br /> and sewer is then available, subdivision of property into 12,000 square <br /> foot lots could be requested. <br /> • Lastly, this schedule of dimensional regulations was never updated to <br /> include the new business park and neighborhood commercial zoning <br /> districts. Therefore, these two districts are being included as part of this <br /> section of the zoning ordinance with the standards as previously adopted <br /> by the City Council. <br /> Please refer to the attached report to the Planning Commission for additional <br /> information. <br /> Recommendation <br /> It is recommended the City Council approve Ordinance No. 96-_, <br /> amending the dimensional regulations for urban residential zoning districts, <br /> as well as the previously adopted standards for the business park and <br /> neighborhood commercial zoning districts. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> s:\council\oa96-1.doc <br />
