Planning Commission Workshop Meeting <br /> April 8,2003 <br /> Page 2 <br /> • After discussion,the consensus of the Commission was to direct staff to prepare a draft <br /> outline of standards with the following components: <br /> A. Reducing the minimum lot size in the Business Park District to 1 acre. <br /> B. Allowing outdoor storage with clear and measurable screening standards. <br /> C. Removing the commercial reference in the Business Park District. <br /> D. Including complementary and support-type uses as conditional uses in the Business Park <br /> District. <br /> 3.
