Current <br /> land uses include six apartment buildings (116 units), 23 single family homes, the Ron's <br /> Foods building,a city park and the city owned Emporium (the old liquor store). The area <br /> consist of three zoning districts:R4(Multiple Family Residential),C3(Highway Commercial) <br /> and Rlc (Single Family Residential). <br /> • <br />
