• Mr. Leeseberg
July 18, 2002
Page Two
stubbed into the lot to the north, an 8-inch main to the south, a hydrant placed between the
two proposed buildings and ending in a service into the Subway Restaurant facility. We would
suggest that rather than this water service plan, the Subway Restaurant site be serviced by
extending the hydrant lead located by its driveway.
Sufficient drainage and utility easements will be needed over the public sanitary sewer and
watermain for maintenance purposes. The easements should be sufficiently wide to go 10
feet on either side of the two utilities.
7. The landscape plan is showing trees and shrubs planted in the drainage and utility easement
along the Trunk Highway 169 frontage of the lot.
If you have any questions regarding these comments, please call me at 651/644-4389.
Sincerely,
Howard R.
