THE MONUMENT SIGN SHALL BE PLACED AT LEAST 10-FEET <br /> FROM THE PROPERTY LINE AS NOT TO OBSTRUCT SIGHT <br /> LINES OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND IT SHOULD BE PLACED <br /> SO VEHICLE BUMPERS MAY NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH IT. <br /> 7. THREE (3)HANDICAP-PARKING STALLS SHALL BE PROVIDED. <br /> S. A FUTURE ACCESS TO THE LOT TO THE SOUTH SHALL BE <br /> PROVIDED TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT INGRESS AND EGRESS <br /> FOR THE TWO LOTS. <br /> 9.
