We have entered into this letter of intent conditional <br /> upon getting your support to move forward. <br /> We feel that this is an excellent use for the business park space. It is certainly common to <br /> see this type of use. The space will encompass about 500 square feet of office, two <br /> • bathrooms, and the balance will be training space. They indicate that their average <br /> parking use will be twelve parking stalls and this fits in just fine with our parking <br /> availability on this project. <br /> I am attaching for your information: <br /> 1) Background information on the group indicating how they will operate and <br /> why they feel this is a good site for them. <br /> 2) A layout of the bays in the Elk River Business Center showing the bay that <br /> they will lease and a little bit of narrative on how the space will be broken <br /> down. <br /> We would very much appreciate your positive response so that we can move forward <br /> with leasing this bay.
