A business that fails to meet the goals <br /> must repay the assistance to the government agency. <br /> Each government agency must report the wage and job goals and the results for each <br /> project in achieving those goals to the department of trade and economic development. The <br /> department shall compile and publish the results of the reports for the previous calendar year <br /> by June 1 of each year. The reports of the agencies to the department and the compilation <br /> report of the department shall be made available to the public. <br /> For the purposes of this section, "assistance" means a grant or loan in excess of$25,000, <br /> or tax increment financing. <br /> • <br />
