Restroom/Concession/Storage Facilities at the existing Youth Athletic Complex Facility <br /> $450,000—Functional Restroom/Concession Bldg., Storage in Separate Bldg. <br /> $750,000—Signature Restroom/Concession/Storage Bldg. <br /> 2. A Lighted Signature Ballfield (Covered Grandstand, Lights, Concession, Restrooms, Storage, <br /> Press/Scorer's Box) No land acquisition costs are assumed in either the Elk River Hales Field or <br /> YAC Expansion facility$2,000,000-$3,000,000 <br /> As a recent, local example, Castle Field in Anoka was bid and constructed for approximately$2.2 <br /> Million in 2012. Since then the economy has improved and labor and material costs have risen. <br /> a. First Priority—Hales Field if agreement with School District can be developed <br /> Assumes core of Hole's Field remains in current location <br /> b.
