Consider Fire Ramp in Mississippi .River <br /> <br />M~or Madsen read a letter to the City Council from the A~ Corps <br />of Engineers regarding the ramp in the Mississippi River utilized by <br />the Fire Department. The letter indicated that portions of the ramp would <br />need to be removed in order to be in comPliance with current laws and <br />statutes. The letter indicated further that a' perDii. t would need to <br />be obtained by the City of Elk River for a steel sheet pile wall which <br />was constructed at the ramp in years past.
