COUNCILMAN 1'OTH SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION PASSED 2-0. <br /> <br />9. Deseased Tree Program <br /> <br />City Administrator, Robert Middaugh, explained the remainder of the deseased <br />Tree Program liudget to the Council and indicated that there should be funds <br />to continue the program on a basis very close to that completed in the first <br />half of the year. It was the consensus of the City Council to allow the pro- <br />gram to continue slowly at first and particullfiy on request. It was also <br />a Coun~ei.l consensus that the program be watched close~ by the Administrator <br />so that the City does not over extend its resources this budget year. <br /> <br />10. Check Register <br /> <br />The Council asked the City Administrator the following questions , which are <br />to be answered at the next Councilimeeting. <br /> <br />1. Dog control <br />Have any fines or license fees been received by the city on this item? <br />
