Star Market Industrial Revenue Bond <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated to the City Council that the developers <br />involved in the Ron's Star Market Industrial Revenue Bond project wished to <br />substitute the names of Jerry Gobel and Michael Paulucci as the equity owners <br />in the project. COUNCILMAN OTTO MOVED APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 80-10, A <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 79-41 GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO AN <br />INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND PROJECT FOR S.D. SMITH AND ASSOCIATES. COUNCILMAN <br />ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />8. Check Register <br /> <br />Councilman Toth questioned the cleaning bill for the library. The City Administrator <br />indicated that he would check on the amount and report back to Councilman Toth. <br />COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM MOVED APPROVAL OF THE CHECK REGISTER. COUNCILMAN OTTO <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />9. Tentative Agenda for July 7, 1980 <br /> <br />Items tentatively to be considered include a. resolution regarding housing and <br />redevelopment authority and the variance for Ron's Star Market development <br />and the term of said variance. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMAN OTTO MOVED THAT THE MEETING BE <br />ADJOURNED.
