City Council Minutes March 1, 1982 Page Four C. Annual State Clerk's Conference The Administrator requested permission for Phyllis Boedigheimer to attend the Annual Clerk's Conference. COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED APPROVAL OF PHYLLIS BOEDIGHEIMER'S ATTENDANCE AT SAID CONFERENCE. COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. D. Riverside Auction The City Administrator informed the Councilmembers that $1,325.50 had been netted from the auction of the fixtures in the former Riverside Bar & Lounge The Administrator indicated that $250 had been paid to the auctioneer as his fee and approximately $122.50 had been incurred as advertising expenses. E. Liability Insurance Councilmember Duitsman asked that a report on the public official liabilities insurance be provided to the City Council at their next regular meeting. The Administrator indicated that said report would-be forthcoming. F. Finance Committee Meeting for Budget Review It was the concensus of the Council to choose a meeting date for the Finance Committee at the March 15th City Council meeting. A potential date was March 29th for said meeting. G. Government Operations Committee Meeting It was the concensus of theCouncilmembers that at the March 15th City Council meeting, a date be chosen for the Government Operations Committee meeting with the City Council. 11. Consider Check Register COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED APPROVAL OF THE CHECK REGISTER AS PREPARED. COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. 12. Consider Tentative Agenda Items tentatively to be discussed at the next City Council meeting include non- intoxicating malt liquor license policy, Food and Fuel request for a non-intoxica- ting malt liquor license, public official liability insurance, Alltool Industrial Revenue Bond, and industrial revenue bond to finance single~family housing in the Tamarack Subdivison.
