SEWER INTERCEPTOR WATER PROBLEM

Mayor Hinkle indicated that he has received calls from citizens in the Schoo1-
view Addition indicating their Concern over the water level behind their
property due to the dewatering done by the contractors for the sewer inter-
ceptor.

Councilman Schuldt also indicated that he had received a call of concern
from a resident in the area.

The City Building Official indicated that the City Wastewater Treatment Plant
Supervisor had informed him that the pump for dewatering had been shut off to
allow the water to subside.

It was the general consensus of the City Council that the City Building Official,
the Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor, Mr. Jeff Ames of McCombs-Knutson, and
representatives from the construction company, Northda1e Construction, determine
a solution to the dewatering problem.

10.
