Park Shelter <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that requests have been received by City <br />staff to reserve the park shelter for group outings and at this point in <br />time, the City staff has not taken reservations and has informed those <br />requesting, that the shelter was available on a first-come, first-serve <br />basis. The City Administrator further indicated that a conflict arose at <br />the shelter between two groups intending to use the shelter at the same <br />time. The City Administrator asked the City Council for a recommendation <br />regarding the acceptance of reservations for the park sbelter building. <br />COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY STAFF TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS <br />FOR THE PARK SHELTER BUII;DING FROM LOCAL CITY GROUPS ONLY. COUNCILMAN ENG- <br />STROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />13. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK REGISTER. Tentative Agenda <br /> <br />A report from the City Administrator on the Peterson Addition roads, a time <br />schedule for the blacktopping of the Masonic Lodge parking lot, an up-date on <br />the School Street project, an up-date on obtaining of easements from Mrs. Powers, <br />and a City Beautification Report, are items tentatively scheduled for the <br />August 17, 1981 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMAN SCHULDT MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br />COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION.
