The City Ad- <br />ministrator asked that the City Council discuss in committee the report from <br />the engineers and make recommendations to TKDA. <br /> <br />C. Main Street U.S.A. Program <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that the two cities selected for the Main <br />Street Pilot Program of which the City of Elk River applied are: Fatibault <br />in Rice County, and Milaca in Mille Lacs County. <br /> <br />D. Staff Seminar <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that Mr. Darrell Mack, Superintendent for <br />the Wastewater Treatment Plant, had attended a series of seminars in Bloom- <br />ington related to the Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />12. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN SCHULDT MOVED APPROVAL OF THE CHECK REGISTER. COUNCILMAN TOTH SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 2-0. <br /> <br />13. Tentative Agenda <br /> <br />3.2 Off-sale beer license request by Wally Houle, Dietz re-zoning request, pre- <br />liminary plat for Beck's Subdivision, staff services for the HRA, and the <br />developer's agreement for Tamarack are all items tentatively scheduled for the <br />April 6, 1981 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMAN TOTH MOVED THAT.
