Highway #101 Bridge Replacement <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that the engineers are working on the <br />bridge project and that the State will help with the technical studies of <br />providing aerial maps which also can be ~sedby the HRA. The City Administrator <br />further indicated that traffic patterns would be included and considered in <br />the planning of the bridge design project. <br /> <br />C. Street Maintenance <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that the cinders used by the Street Maintenance <br />Department contained a burned tire residue, which caused the problems exper- <br />ienced by the City, and further indicated that the cinders are traditionally <br />used to cut the ice when salt and sand does not work. The City Administrator <br />further indicated that with the warm weather, the Street Department would be <br />able to use the street sweeper to clean up the streets, caused by the spreading <br />of the cinders. <br /> <br />13. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM MOVED APPROVAL OF THE CHECK REGISTER, WITH THE DELETION OF <br />CHECK NUMBER 25124 TO THE. THUNDERBIRD MOTEL. COUNCILMAN. SCHULDT. SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />14. Tentative Agenda <br /> <br />Bids for the sewer interceptor is tentatively scheduled for the March 2, 1981 <br />City Council meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMAN TOTH.MOVEDTHAT THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED. <br />COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION.
