Horizontal girders <br />are connected to <br />the legs with steel <br />angles and rivets. <br />There are eight total <br />girders, connected <br />just below the <br />seams between leg <br />sections. All girders <br />appear to be in <br />average condition, <br />with just some rust, <br />weathered paint, <br />and lichen noted <br />on their surfaces. <br />27.
