While <br />this plate is in better <br />condition than <br />others, it can be <br />expected to <br />continue to <br />degrade. <br />25. A horn sits on a <br />platform perched <br />atop two horizontal <br />steel girders, <br />requiring an <br />electrical conduit <br />running up the <br />northwest leg from <br />the ground. The <br />horn and platform <br />contain surface rust <br />and weathered <br />paint, but no major <br />deficiencies.
