Designation of proposed roadways on the city's transportation plan. <br /> 2. Coordinate efforts with Sherburne County and Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> 3. Establish budget for acquisition and improvement of collector streets. <br /> 4. Include corridors in the City's capital improvement program. Modify municipal aid <br /> system in accordance with transportation system. <br /> 5. Require appropriate land dedications or improvements as surrounding properties are <br /> developed. <br /> 6.
