Market Value: S87,778 Avg. # People per Unit: 3.61 <br /> Average Unit Age: 4-5 Years <br /> ANALYSIS: <br /> Dodd Pointe has an overall negative fiscal impact for the City. Standard street and fire service is provided to this <br /> area. It is mainly serviced by the Apple Valley commercial area on Cedar Avenue.
