Another <br />concern we have regarding this parcel is the double assessment of$12,000.00. <br /> <br />The Parcel in question would receive no benefits from city sewer and water from 5th <br />Street because both the Church and Parsonage services come off from Main Street. The <br />drainage in the parking lot flows to a storm sewer system within the parking lot that <br />connects to the Main Street storm sewer system. <br />
