Steering Committee Minutes Page 5 <br /> May 25, 1994 <br /> S Z PPig FED <br /> • The gravel mining area north of 197th Avenue should be given consideration <br /> for industrial opportunities after the mining is completed. <br /> • A mix of light, medium, and business park industrial opportunities should be <br /> provided throughout the community. <br /> • There appears to be adequate property zoned for Business Park purpose, <br /> however, additional property zoned for light and medium industrial is needed. <br /> • It is recognized that industrial development typically occurs slower than <br /> commercial.
