The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Hinkle. <br /> <br />2. Agenda <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE DECEMBER 17, 1984 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />3. Minutes of November 15, 1984 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel requested that the motion to require the park dedication <br />fees required by Mr. Dennis Anderson for the Brentwood Addition be paid by June <br />1, 1985. The motion was made by Councilmember Duitsman and seconded by Council- <br />member Engstrom and was passed 4-0. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 15, 1984 <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION PASSED 3...,0. <br /> <br />4. Minutes of the November 26, 1984 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 26, 1984 <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />5. Minutes of the December 3, 1984 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 3, 1984 CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED <br />3-0. <br /> <br />6. Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle presented Councilmember Duitsman with a plaque of recognition for <br />his services to the City Council from 1978 to 1984. <br /> <br />7. Barthel PUD Industrial Revenue Notes <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that the final documents associated with the <br />issuance of industrial revenue bonds for the Barthel Planned Unit Development <br />shopping center are submitted to the City Council for their consideration and <br />approval. The City Administrator indicated that the City's Attorney, Mr. David <br />Sellergren, has reviewed the industrial revenue bond documents and has recommended <br />that the City Council accept the documents as presented. <br />
