New Facilities Design and Construction Update <br /> Mr. Hecker shared that the City Council has voted by a 3-2 vote to suspend the current project <br /> and put out a referendum in November. <br /> 8. Parks and Recreation Director Update <br /> Mr. Hecker presented his staff report and thanked both Commissioner Kallemeyn and <br /> Commissioner Sagan for their time of the commission as their terms were ending. <br /> Chair Anderson stated that he feels strongly about involving Woodland Trails Regional Park <br /> stakeholders in the planning of the improvements and would like to add creating a group to the <br /> March agenda. <br /> 9.1 Recreation Manager's Update <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> 9.2 Parks Superintendent's Update <br /> Mr. Sevcik presented his staff report. <br /> • I 0. Announcements <br /> Chair Anderson shared that there have been crews working the weekends in the Woodland Trails <br /> Regional Park to remove dead trees. <br /> II.
