<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />City Council Minute.s <br />July 16, 1984 <br />Page Ten <br /> <br />16~, Coundlmember Gunkel items, <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel questioned the Heavenly Hills Project, City Engineer, <br />Jogn Gilbertson, indicated that a final inspection would be done with the City <br />Street Superintendent next week. Councilmember Gunkel questioned the signing of <br />property for consideration of zone changes, variances, or conditional uses, as a <br />notification to the public. The City Administrator indicated that he would follow up <br />with the sign suggestion with the city staff. Councilmember Gunkel indicated that <br />there have been various public notices in the paper regarding new businesses at <br />residential locations. Discussion was carried on regarding the: public notices and the <br />fact that these public notices were required to publish a new company not necessarily <br />a specific location of a new company. Councilmember Gunkel requested thatt:Carlson of <br />Community Education be recognized for the work he contributed to the Community <br />Festival Day. It was the consensus that the City Administrator send a letter of <br />appreciation to Mr. Carlson. <br /> <br /> <br />17. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE JULY 16, 1984 CHECK REGISTER, <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />18. Tentative Agenda <br /> <br />The Ridgewood Roads, The Audit, sidewalk program and Elk River Youth Hockey <br />are items tentatively scheduled for the July 23rd City Council meeting. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED THAT THE MEETING BE <br />ADJOURNED, COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION.
