Water Improvement Program <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that the newspaper misinterpreted his comments <br />regarding the study for the water improvement project. <br /> <br />Councilmember Duitsman requested that the Planning Commission review the side- <br />walk ordinance for residential areas as well as the downtown area. Councilmember <br />Duitsman indicated that the City does need a policy regarding sidewalks. <br /> <br />14. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE FEBRUARY 7, 1983 CHECK REGISTER. <br />COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />15. Tentative Agenda <br /> <br />The City's second regularly scheduled City Council meeting is to be held February <br />14th at the Elk River Library. The tentative agenda will include a public hearing <br />for a street vacation for Wally Ohland. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN MOVED THAT THE MEETING BE <br />ADJOURNED.
