The drainage and utility easement extending through lot 2 be vacated <br /> prior to recording the plat. <br /> Conditional Use Permit <br /> It is recommended the Planning Commission recommend approval of the <br /> conditional use permit for County Inn and Suites for a 78 unit hotel with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Windows be included on the west and east building elevations. <br /> 2. The freestanding sign comply with the original PUD agreement which <br /> allowed a 20 foot high monument sign with a width of 15 feet. All signs <br /> will require sign permits. <br /> 3. The landscape plan be revised to address the comments outlined in the <br /> City Engineer's memo and the staff report. <br /> • 4. All comments of the City Engineer's memo dated 7/22/98 be incorporated <br /> into the plans. <br /> 5. All improvements to the parking lot for both the hotel and the office <br /> building shall be constructed as part of this project. <br /> 6.
