My concern is that each outlot have a means of access for park maintenance <br /> vehicles. I believe that the large outlot in the northeast corner of the plat, outlot "F", <br /> should have a dedicated right of way that is graded and passable between lots 30 and 31, <br /> block 9. <br /> • I would also recommend that the developer install a culvert and grade the access road <br /> across the drainage ditch to the high land in this outlot. <br /> • <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway •P.O.
