The approved plan did not include <br /> a storage building. The applicant is requesting an amendment to the <br /> conditional use permit to allow construction of a 65' X 30' (1,950 s.f.) storage <br /> building which will be used to store vehicles. <br /> The building will be located to the rear of the existing building along the west <br /> property line.
