This plan includes the construction of a maintenance building <br /> east of the driving range with an access drive from the Woodland Trails Park <br /> entrance drive and the construction of a larger driving range tee with several <br /> practice tees and greens. To accommodate these plans, a land and easement <br /> exchange are also being requested under a separate application.
