In exchange for 1.2 acres of park land located adjacent to County <br /> Road 1 and the old Nord House, the Country Club will give 2.82 acres located <br /> between the City Railroad Trail and Top of the World Park to the city. The <br /> land desired by the Country Club is of little use to the Park except to provide <br /> a better sense of entry into the park and to provide some buffer from the golf <br /> course.
