AT n/a <br /> a) Reforestation <br /> i) If the land alteration results in woodland removal beyond the woodland <br /> removal threshold, the developer shall be required to replace the trees <br /> as follows: <br /> a) Tree replacement quantities will be predicated on total number <br /> of diameter inches of significant trees removed beyond the <br /> threshold limits. <br /> b) Replacement trees should be of a species similar to the trees <br /> which are lost or removed. <br /> el c) Actual replacement quantities shall be adjusted based on the <br /> type of woodland removed with the following guidelines: <br /> (1) CONIFER OR SOFTWOOD-predominantly Poplar, <br /> Boxelder, Cottonwood,Aspen, and Conifers- 75% <br /> (2) MIXED HARDWOODS-predominantly Cherry, Birch <br /> Walnut and Ironwood- 100% <br /> (3) HARDWOODS-predominantly mature Oaks and Sugar <br /> Maples - 125% <br /> d) Replacement trees can be used to fulfill the minimum tree <br /> requirements (See Minimum Requirements, Section 900.30, 4b) <br /> iii). <br /> b) Data requirement provided by a registered land surveyor, landscape architect, <br /> orforester: <br /> i) The size, species, condition, and location of all significant trees within <br /> 50 foot of the grading limit. <br /> ii) Location, size, species, condition, and location of existing tree massings <br /> • on site. On large wooded sites,forest measuration methods may be used <br /> 9.13 <br />
