b) In a C-3 Highway Commercial District, I-1 Light <br /> • Industrial District, and I-2 Medium Industrial <br /> District, no parking e and loading spaces shall be <br /> located within setback thirty (30) feet, rather than ten, e-€ <br /> from any property line that abuts any residential or <br /> agricultural conservation district unless separated by <br /> right-of-way. <br /> c) In single family residential zoning districts <br /> driveways and parking areas shall be set back five (5) <br /> feet from side or rear property lines. <br /> 6. Buffer Fences and Planting Screens. All On-site parking <br /> areas within fifty(50)feet of near or abutting residential <br /> districts shall be screened from such districts by a buffcr fcncc <br /> of adequate design or a planting buffcr scrccn; plans of <br /> such screen or fcncc shall be submitted for approval as a <br /> part of the required site plan, and such fcncc or <br /> landscaping shall be installed as a part of the initial wall, <br /> fence and/or landscaping of not less than eighty percent(80%) opacity at the time of <br /> maturity.
