TEST PITS AND BORING SHOULD BE DONE IN ORDER TO ASSURE THE <br /> SUITABILITY FOR THE PROPOSED SEPTIC SYSTEM. <br /> 14. THE BUILDING SHOULD BE DESIGNED TO HOOKUP TO UTILITIES WHEN THEY <br /> ARE EXTENDED. <br /> • 15.
