Underground irrigation will need to be provided throughout all <br /> landscaped areas. <br /> 2. The existing ornamental trees shown along Freeport Avenue <br /> and the 191st Lane entry are not installed as shown on the plan. <br /> These trees should be installed as part of the landscaping <br /> improvements. <br /> 3. Grouping of medium-sized shrubs should be incorporated along <br /> with the existing trees along the 191st Lane entry and along <br /> Freeport to soften the appearance of the drive-thru lane. <br /> • C. Pedestrian Circulation <br /> 1. Consideration should be given to providing a sidewalk <br /> connection from the restaurant facility to the sidewalk along <br /> Freeport Avenue. This a similar improvement that has been <br /> made to other facilities along Freeport Avenue (i.e., Wendy's). <br /> 2. Sidewalk along the west side of the building should be increased <br /> in width to six feet. <br /> D. Drainage and Utilities <br /> 1. Please refer to the attached memo dated June 19, 1996. <br /> E. Signage <br /> 1.
